Payment terms
Payments are due in full on placement of order via credit card or via your Paypal Account.
Delivery terms & shipping fees
Products will be dispatched to you only once your payment has been received in full.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard parcel service of Australia Post or similar.
We deliver Australia wide only.
Refund & Returns Policy
Please do let us know, if something's not quite right. We want to know about any product or ordering issues, so we can fix the problem. We always endeavour to provide outstanding customer service, source excellent and innovative products and ship all orders in a timely manner. Within 7 days of delivery, you may return any of the goods purchased from Rocky Trail Entertainment Pty Ltd for a full refund if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
